How do I get started?

The QDRO Doc can prepare your QDRO from your home or office right to our office. Start by printing and filling out our QDRO Doc questionnaire, fax the completed questionnaire to our office, along with the copy of the judgment language dividing the pension plan, and a copy of the sample QDRO the plan has provided. Once we received payment we’ll get started!

Depending on the Plan, most QDROs are approved within 30 days, and then submitted to the court. The estimated time can vary depending on the back-log of the Plan Administrator and the Court department reviewing the QDRO. Most plans have a time frame when they disperse funds, so please contact your Plan ahead of time to get an estimate on when your share of the pension gets to you.
